• Information you give us: name, company, email, phone number, time zone, and the aircraft, route, dates and other mission details you describe.
• Phone calls: calls to our line may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, to arrange and coordinate crew support you ask for, to keep records of our business dealings, and to protect the site from abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share mission details only with the pilots being considered for your assignment, and with service providers that help us run the site, phone line and email (for example hosting, telephony and email delivery), under their own confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and security

We keep request records for as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
